I've been going to this church since I was twelve and I stopped for a little while. Just a few months ago, I got in touch with the pastor about getting a ride too an from church. I've been going since october. I don't feel the way I should when I leave there. I have no other way to explain it. It's kind of hardbecause the pastor was very happy that I wanted to come back, and now I want to leave. How do I go about this. I'm sorry if I'm not being clear.

I wonder how you could diplomatically say it! I left my church a while ago but I wasn't in the situation where someone was coming to pick me up and give me a ride. Maybe some of us can put our heads together and come up with something diplomatic you could say.

Before you just throw in the towel, do you know wnyone who could pick you up or drop you off at home? If so, try to make it a social thing, like, offer to treat them to lunch or coffee afterwords. Maybe you could have an offer printed in your church's bulletein. Hth.

I think what you need to ask yourself is what your expectations of Church are, and then, figure out if the church you are attending is meeting those expectations. This isn't in itself an answer, but it will at least get you started thinking about how and why you aren't getting spiritually fulfilled where you're currently going.
